It's all in your head

Resume

It's all in your head brings you along Russ's journey to success & fame, by focusing on the foundations that made it all possible : manifestation, self-belief, focus and dedication, positive mindset, etc...

Review

I discovered Russ in 2017, soon after the release of There's really a wolf. I got hooked immediately - the first song I heard was Me You. This album became my spring/summer soundtrack. Fast forward a few months and I was at the front of the scene during his concert in Paris in February of 2018.

When he shared that he had written a book, I knew I'd eventually buy and read it. It took a while, but I finally did on New Year's Eve. What a great way to leave behind a complicated year and to enter 2021 full of energy and motivation!

This book is a short and easy read. If you like Russ, I'm sure you're going to love it, as it gives more insight on Russ's mindset and experiences. If you don't know him yet, I'm sure it will make you curious enough to check out his work.

If you're already familiar with self-help books, this one probably won't teach you anything new. However, I like the fact that this self-help book is written by someone that actually has been through what he's writing first hand - and can back it up with facts.

Moving to the rythm of my intuition, anything I want I speak into existence

The book is sectioned in 3 parts : Delusion, Persistence and Gratitude. It all starts with manifesting. Connecting with that inner dream that fuels us. You have to believe that you'll achieve it first and foremost, even if it seems impossible at the moment.

Your success is directly related to your self-belief. (...) I'm successful because I'm confident, not the other way around.

But a dream is just a dream if nothing is done to achieve it. That's where persistence comes in. Once your dream and goals are clear, work everyday towards them. Even when you doubt, even when you have setbacks. Keep going. Ignore the noise.

If you're not grateful for the blessings you currently have, what makes you think you're going to receive more ?

Eventually, results will come. You should enjoy and celebrate your milestones, but it shouldn't stop you in your course. Because the journey is what makes it so special. Keep evolving, keep striving to become the better version of yourself.

As long as you are becoming the best version of you, you will not disappoint yourself. If you ever have a crisis of faith, you will always have the answer: The answer is YOU

I hope this books inspires you to chase the life you're meant to live as much as it did for me.
